In order to overcome the limitations of this legacy service a new service is being proposed which is based on IBM Info-sphere server and it exposes the below three operations:
AVI_GetCityStateFromZip - This is an address verification method which retrieves City and State information from the provided zip code.

USAC_Verify - This is an address certification operation which certifies all valid United States addresses.

AVI_Verify -This is an address verification method which does rooftop address verification for both US and Canada addresses.

Labor department is re-designing Benefits ,Employer Registration, Audit and Investigation case management system, Interested party management, Benefit adjudication, Benefits certifications, eFile Core and address change components in the existing system New York state has adopted SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) and Rich Internet Applications (RIA) as standard design patterns to improve unemployment insurance system
